Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Location: Hybrid working – Based in London, Manchester, or Chester with flexibility to work remotely

As a Change Management Specialist, you will work with our clients to ensure successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365. Your responsibilities will include analysis, design, and development of change, communications, and training plans, as well as hands-on delivery of communications and training.

What's needed?

  • Experience helping people make the most of their technology.
  • The ability to write clear communication, dazzling presentations, and exciting Change and Adoption campaigns.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communications skills – a real people person.
  • Experience working on technology-led change and adoption projects. Microsoft 365 knowledge would be ideal.
  • An understanding of Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR would be amazing.
