Job Description

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Digital Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and providing product development support to ensure the effective deployment of standard change methodologies.

You will work closely with our Product Engineering team and other digital team members to ensure that the right training, frameworks, documentation, and support are in place to enable the successful implementation of these methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining the Product Engineering, project, and programme change management methodology and reporting and management systems.
  2. Supporting the introduction of new change management methodologies, reports, and systems across Digital and the stakeholder network.
  3. Creating regular reports on digital change activities, ensuring the information is readily available and up-to-date.
  4. Providing support in managing all aspects of digital change administration within Product Engineering and wider Digital Services.
  5. Supporting the implementation of new and improved service delivery methodologies and modernisation.
  6. Participating in scrum meetings and product sprints.
