Digital Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Preservation Specialist to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing access to our outstanding Christian Brethren Archive.
The Christian Brethren Archive is a unique collection of materials relating to the Christian Brethren movement. As a Digital Preservation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of this collection.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing digital preservation strategies
- Managing and maintaining digital collections
- Providing training and support to staff and students
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in archives administration or a related field, excellent IT skills, and a strong understanding of digital preservation principles.
