About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Qodea. As a key member of our Business Change Team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the adoption and usage of new technologies and ways of working.

As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading change management activities, applying structured methodologies, and developing strategies to foster seamless adoption of project or initiative technologies and transformations.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored change management plans to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management activities and develop strategies to drive business change
  • Apply structured methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working
  • Develop and implement change management plans to meet client business needs
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Analyse data to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience of working with C-level stakeholders
  • Understanding of change management methodologies, including ADKAR, Lewin, and Kotter
  • Business and organisational analytical skills to optimise change management projects
  • Ability to facilitate workshops to define stakeholder requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience of running change management initiatives
