Job Description

We are partnering with a global consultancy to find a Change Management and Adoption specialist with expertise in Modern Workplace Technology, specifically Microsoft 365. You will be joining a team that helps individuals and organizations make the most of their technology.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on change and adoption projects, helping people and organizations adapt to new technologies. As a Change Management and Adoption specialist, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to implement change.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver training and communications to support change and adoption initiatives.
  2. Design and develop change management and training communications to ensure effective adoption of new technologies.
  3. Provide hands-on support to clients, working closely with their teams to implement change.
  4. Collaborate with the consultancy team to develop and deliver change management and adoption projects.

Requirements

This is a hybrid opportunity (2 days per week) that will pay between £45,000-£55,000. We are looking for someone with experience in change and adoption projects, a background in Modern Workplace Technology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
