We are currently looking for a HR Specialist who shares our purpose and vision, to join our global team of HR Specialists and to play a key role in the delivery of our HR transformation strategy and people plans, whilst providing commercial advice on people issues.

The HR Specialist role will include;
- Working in partnership with line managers on performance management, absence management, employee relations, resourcing, employee management and employee development, ensuring input is provided effectively, professionally and within required timescales.
- Developing an understanding of the HR Strategy and Transformation plan to support the delivery of related objectives.
- Supporting the HRBPs with cyclical and ad hoc people activity e.g. M&A activity, strategic planning, budgeting, talent management, etc. within their dedicated business areas.
- Building effective working relationships with people at all levels within areas of responsibility to add value to the delivery of HR services by understanding individual strengths and development areas and the needs of the business.
