Global Business Development Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing key strategic accounts in the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop key retail accounts, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth.
  • Manage NPD launches to secure initial listings and maximise availability and sales performance.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive account plans, JBPs, and promotional strategies, fostering strong relationships with each account.
  • Monitor market activity to identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in account management or sales within the consumer goods sector (ideally luxury), with a strong track record of exceeding goals.
  • Experience in growing and developing key strategic accounts, with a particular focus on department store partnerships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and fostering lasting partnerships.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional results, paired with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • High levels of organisation, analytical ability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
Location:

London – Office-based 5 days per week

Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 + benefits
