Charity Sector Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the charity sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in driving sales growth and developing strategic plans.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on driving new business and expanding existing accounts in the charity sector.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's commercial objectives and respond to the unique challenges of the charity market.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within charitable organisations, foundations, and non-profits, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation, identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients, while pursuing new business leads.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5+ years selling into the charity, not-for-profit, or social impact sectors.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in driving sales growth, securing high-value deals, and leading sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial strategy, pricing models, and financial management, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of non-profits and charitable organisations.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
