About the Role:

Newlife the Charity for Disabled Children is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Head of Corporate. As a leading charity in the UK, we are dedicated to providing essential specialist equipment to disabled and terminally ill children. Our mission is to make life better for these young individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our corporate operations, including managing hybrid working options, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining open communication channels with team members. You will work closely with our HR department to implement efficient recruitment processes and develop strategies to attract top talent.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience. Your 37.5 hours of full-time work will provide a great work-life balance, allowing you to dedicate quality time to your personal life. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the charity sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and practices.
