Job Description

As a Mechanical Project Manager at CV Library, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project life-cycle, from initial planning to final handover.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, surveyors, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship quality, address any issues promptly, and maintain high standards throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager, preferably within the field.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS). Other qualifications in plumbing or pipefitting, or project management are an advantage.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
