Job Title: Adult Care Leader
Brook Street is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee established Supported Living Services in Stoke on Trent, Walsall, and Staffordshire.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. As the leader of our Supported Living Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of person-centred care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team of support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of supported living services in Stoke on Trent, Walsall, and Staffordshire.
- Ensure high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- A commitment to person-centred care and support.
- Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
