We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience within the construction industry, with a strong background in selling related systems such as cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, and insulation.

The role of Internal Sales will involve promoting a high-quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication, primarily selling into rainscreen sub-contractors and curtain walling sub-contractors. The successful candidate will work on projects in both the residential and commercial market sector, including hotels, universities, hospitals, office blocks, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling internal sales products to customers
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Supporting the external sales team with client requirements and general administration

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good time management skills, focused, and customer service orientated
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
