Residential Construction Coordinator - Midlands

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Co-ordinator to join our established and growing new-build residential developer based in Cannock. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team that prides itself on delivering high-quality homes.

The role offers a mix of on-site and office-based work, providing variety and exposure to different stages of development. As Residential Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of residential projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Providing administrative support to the project management team
  • Supporting project managers with technical aspects of project delivery

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field (e.g., degree in construction management)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
