Job Title: Construction Operations Specialist

RCM Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Co-ordinator to join our team in Cannock. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of residential developments from initial design stages to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the technical aspects of residential developments
  2. Managing 2-3 sites at varying stages of development to ensure progress aligns with schedules and quality standards
  3. Coordinating and submitting all technical information to building control and warranty providers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Co-ordinator or similar role in the residential sector
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design/drafting software is advantageous

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
