Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator

Location: West Midlands - Regional

Salary Range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Vehicle/Allowance £5,500

About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at a leading construction organisation operating across the UK. As part of our project management division within the Facilities Management side of the business, you will play a vital role in facilitating the delivery of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise sales data to support operations delivery teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to address client enquiries related to sales.
  • Develop monthly estimates for work-in-progress, incorporating accrued revenue and cost liabilities.
  • Create account measurements for POAs and Final Accounts, utilising the National Schedule of Rates.
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations to clients.
  • Provide quotations, estimates, and budget proposals for reactive works and projects.
  • Deliver detailed reporting and supporting documentation to client representatives.
