Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Centre Manager to join our team at the Gleeson Recruitment Group in Cannock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial office business centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day facilities management
  • Leasing procedures and tenant management
  • Subcontractor management and expenditure control
  • Project management and coordination
  • Health and Safety compliance and risk assessment
  • Report collation and data analysis

About the Role:

Facilities Centre Manager Position
  • You will work closely with the Regional Property Manager to ensure the effective management of the facility
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the facility's operations are running smoothly
  • You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of the business
  • You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in facilities management, leasing, and subcontractor management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to commute to Cannock 5 days per week
