We are seeking an experienced Care Services Manager to join our team at Littleton Lodge in Hednesford, Cannock. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality, personalised care to our residents.

About the role:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £14.37 per hour + paid breaks, based on 3 on/3 off constant shift patterns 8pm - 8am.
  • You will have previous experience as a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting and hold NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care, with a willingness to complete Level 3.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and support their team members, and be passionate about delivering person-centred care.
