Caring Services Team Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care services to our clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide support to care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Conduct regular staff supervisions and client QA's to monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Care Planning: Create, update, and audit client care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and preferences.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client and care professional interactions using Home Instead software and People Planner.
- Introductions: Conduct client and care professional introductions to build strong relationships.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Reviews: Carry out regular client reviews and implement actions accordingly.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Experience team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in the care sector delivering personal care services, including working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, passion for delivering high-quality care, and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technology: Proficient in care management technology, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
- Confidentiality: Understand the importance of confidentiality and work within current legislation.
- Driving License: Hold a full driving license and have access to transportation if required.
