Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to health and safety regulations.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
