This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role. As an Adult Care Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver services to individuals with autism, mental health issues, and challenging behaviors.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the social care sector, specifically in Learning Disability services. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with staff and stakeholders.

This role requires flexibility, as you will need to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. You will also be responsible for ensuring the continuous development of the team and observing staff to maintain high standards.
