We are seeking a highly motivated Adult Social Worker to join our team in South Staffordshire.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support and supervision to a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.
  • Lead, coach, and support them to deliver high-quality services ensuring we meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to support adults achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and case management to ensure that adults with learning disabilities receive the necessary support to live independently.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England.

A salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is available for this position.
