Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our growing supported living services in Staffordshire, Walsall, and Stoke-on-Trent.
About the Role
- Create personalised care plans that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives within their communities.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations.
- Inspire and develop a team of dedicated support staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
• Person-Centred Care: Delivering high-quality care services that meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Team Leadership: Developing and inspiring a team of dedicated support staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving license.
