Adult Care Support Team Member

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker for their children's service in Cannock. This role supports young individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex health conditions, aged 3-18 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Deputy and Registered Manager in ensuring residents' safety and security.
- Manage team members, including rotas, recruitment, and inductions.
- Liaise with external providers to secure optimal support for residents.
Requirements:
- A level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is required.
- A full UK driving licence is necessary.
- Understanding of OFSTED regulations, standards, and safeguarding is essential.
- The ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour.
