About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Centre Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor education and experience in leading group activities.

The role involves working closely with our schools, coordinating and leading activity sessions, and ensuring that all activities meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

  • Coordinating and leading outdoor activities for schools, corporate groups, and individuals
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner
  • Working closely with our schools to coordinate and lead activity sessions
  • Maintaining high-quality learning outcomes for participants

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

a passion for outdoor education and experience in leading group activities

strong communication and interpersonal skills

ability to work independently and as part of a team

high level of organisational and time management skills

experience of working with children and young people

Working Hours:

Due to the variation of our activities and changing customer requirements, our working day is of a flexible nature. Working days range from 4 to 10 hours and include overnights, weekends, and bank holiday working as agreed with the Centre Manager.

Successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check with child and adult barred checklists included – if you do not have one, this can be instigated for you.
