In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing technical aspects of residential developments from initial design stages to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably in the residential and new build sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple sites simultaneously to ensure progress aligns with schedules and quality standards
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Coordinating and submitting technical information to building control and warranty providers

About the Role:

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
