Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing rota's and building relationships with care workers.

The role will involve coordinating the delivery of care services, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of managing rota's and coordinating care services
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in Health and Social Care or related field
