About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living Services and drive excellence in care delivery. As the leader of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team of support staff and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of supported living services in Stoke on Trent, Walsall, and Staffordshire.
  • Ensure high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and support.
  • Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
