Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Forecasting Manager to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our European Customer Supply Chain Organisation, you will be responsible for developing a robust and comprehensive sales forecast for all SKUs across all therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate demand forecasting KPIs, highlighting key impact drivers and proposing improvements.
  • Prepare forecast inputs for key commercial cycle meetings, including pre-demand review meetings and demand review meetings.
  • Manage risks and opportunities, providing visibility to scenarios to aid decision-making.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes following the Global Supply Chain Transformation deployment for Europe.
  • Utilize SAP APO and digital analytical tools to drive business insights.
  • Communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation, across multiple functions.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Supply Chain Professional Qualification (APICS or similar)
  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • Supply Chain Transformation experience - IBP and OMP system knowledge
