This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Forecasting and Resource Planning Lead to join CCA Recruitment Group on a permanent basis.

This position operates independently, reporting directly to the Head of Workforce Management, focusing on strategic plans spanning 3 to 18 months.

Your primary responsibility is to assist in the financial planning and oversight through analytical insights and data-driven methodologies to produce precise forecasts and deliver critical insights into prospective trends.

By evaluating historical data, market dynamics, and other pertinent elements, you will play a vital role in the strategic decision-making framework of the organization. Your contributions are essential for operational planning, resource distribution, and overall business advancement.

Keeping abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in forecasting and data analysis will empower you to introduce innovative strategies to the organization.

Are you a detail-oriented Forecasting and Resource Planning Lead with experience in retail or customer service environments?

Do you possess expertise in workforce management planning, forecasting, and financial planning?

Have you successfully developed and implemented strategic plans?

Key Responsibilities of the Forecasting & Resource Planning Lead:

- Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of financial strategies, identifying potential risks to operational efficiency while managing costs.

- Collaborate with the planning manager to design, enhance, and refine forecasting models, working closely with recruitment to ensure optimal staffing levels while minimizing overstaffing and understaffing.

- Maintain and refresh planning models to provide a continuous 12-month outlook on demand, resources, and financial assumptions.
- Partner with the Change and Transformation team.
- Work in conjunction with the analysis and insights team to ensure that factors influencing demand are incorporated into financial assumptions.

- Conduct regular assessments of average handling time and cost per hour targets to ensure that resource plans are based on accurate assumptions, holding operational leaders accountable.

- Actively engage with all relevant stakeholders across the organization to gather necessary data for application to the forecast, ensuring precise resource levels to meet demand.

- Effectively review forecast accuracy against actual performance; ensure that core performance indicators are achieved through efficient resource planning (e.g., average speed of answer, abandonment rates, first contact resolution, average handling time).
If you are a qualified Forecasting and Resource Planning Lead, we encourage you to explore this opportunity further.
