The Demand Planning and Supply Chain Manager leads the forecasting and demand planning function of the business. The role involves managing the portfolio-wide demand planning process, delivering industry-leading customer supply service levels, and minimizing product waste through critical forecast reviews. The manager will work closely with the Customer Supply and Commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts and key volume events. Additionally, the role involves supporting the supply chain optimization and growth agenda, adapting the supply and demand planning models to service a varied customer base of Retailers, RTMs, and international customers. The Demand Planning and Supply Chain Manager will also drive continuous improvement in the planning process, adapting it to the fast-growing business's demands. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant demand planning experience in the FMCG industry, with demonstrable strength in demand planning and a strong understanding of forecast and production order cycles. The candidate should also have strong data presentation skills, simplifying complex data sets and decision processes for wider business alignment. Experience working with leading retailers' forecasts and supplier portals is also essential. The role offers a competitive salary package and a hybrid working system (3 days/week working from the office).
