Demand Planning and Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:
As a Demand Planning and Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading customer supply service levels and minimizing product waste through critical forecast reviews. You will work closely with the Customer supply and Commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts and key volume events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver industry-leading customer supply service levels and minimize product waste through critical forecast reviews
* Work closely with the Customer supply and Commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts and key volume events
* Support the supply chain optimization and growth agenda; adapting the supply and demand planning models to service a varied customer base of Retailers, RTMs, and international customers
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of relevant demand planning experience in the FMCG industry
* Demonstrable strength in demand planning helping balance supply and wastage risk
* Strong data presentation skills, simplifying complex data sets and decision processes for wider business alignment
* Strong data analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities, either in VBA or Power Query
