Job Description

Role:

The Global Supply Chain Planning team at Bose is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Account Manager to support our European Sales Channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations, and excellent collaboration skills to partner closely across Sales, Business Planning, Finance, and Global Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned accounts, incorporating inputs from sales, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform forecast development.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to incorporate promotional activities, product launches, and other relevant events into demand forecasts.
  • Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and inventory management strategy.
  • Regularly review forecast accuracy and make adjustments as necessary to improve forecasting performance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in demand planning, supply chain, or account management.
  • Strong analytical skill set, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid knowledge in one or more areas: Sales & Operation Process, Supply Value Chain, Kinaxis/RapidResponse, SAP, or Forecasting.
