**Demand Planner – Global Fashion/Sports Brand**
Harbourne Associates is seeking a talented Demand Planner to join a leading global fashion manufacturer. This company is recognized for its prestigious brands and operates with a turnover of £100 million in the UK, employing around 2,000 professionals across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Demand Planner, your primary duties will include:
- Providing monthly reports and reforecasts to ensure Finance and Supply Planning receive timely and precise projections, tracking performance against budget and forecast.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Production, and external partners.
- Forecasting and maintaining projected weeks of supply based on inventory levels, demand plans, and vendor purchase orders.
- Creating effective replenishment forecast models based on demand trends while maintaining optimal service levels and inventory.
- Overseeing the processing of all purchase orders, ensuring they are entered accurately and promptly.
- Facilitating the accurate flow of stock and purchase orders to sales orders.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a solid mathematical and forecasting aptitude.
- Experience in retail or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous.
- A background in establishing new processes or participating in system onboarding initiatives.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus, though not mandatory.
- The capability to think strategically while executing tasks effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills across various business areas.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
