Demand Forecasting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Forecasting Manager to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust sales forecasting processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of sales forecasting models and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial sales, marketing, and supply planning, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations and supply chain management.
