About the Role

VONQ is seeking a highly skilled Demand Forecasting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust demand forecasting processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of demand forecasting models and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address forecasting challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate forecasting effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure forecasting needs are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
