Job Summary:

Elite Associates is seeking an experienced Demand Planning and Forecasting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the demand planning operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights for demand forecasting.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
