Practice Plus Group is seeking a skilled Patient Administrator to join our team at our Emersons Green hospital in Bristol. As a key member of our Administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams and patients by effectively managing availability for consultations, assessments, and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on booking capacity to the Patient Services Lead
  • Identify and register new patients, manage referrals, and provide advice on appointments
  • Keep patients informed about waiting lists and offer alternative appointment times
  • Prepare and issue detailed booking lists to relevant departments

About the Role:

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract position to cover maternity leave. We are looking for a strong Administrator with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. If you have experience in a telesales or call centre environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to bring your skills to a healthcare setting.
