Job Overview

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and competitor activity.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve product offerings.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with design and production teams to create new and innovative products that meet customer needs.
  • Factory Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with factories to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
  • Benchmarking: Continuously monitor and analyze industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cost Management: Oversee the collection and analysis of cost data to inform pricing and product development decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve factory issues and other operational challenges that may impact product development and delivery.

Requirements
