- Factory Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with factories to ensure smooth production processes.
- Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to identify areas for improvement and optimize product development.
- Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs associated with product development, including pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Category Assistant to develop and implement product development strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve factory issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Market Awareness: Possess a good understanding of the market and competitors, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with factories and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical aspects of product development, including QA and technical knowledge.
- Spreadsheet Skills: Proficient in using spreadsheets, including formulas and v-lookups.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share vital information with the correct people.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve factory issues and problems.
- Textiles Experience: Preference given to candidates with textiles experience.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Free car parking and close proximity to transport links are also available. Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Discount on product and flexible working hours are also offered.
