We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team at Exceptional Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to young people aged 8-17 in a children's residential setting.

Your role will involve working closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure that each young person receives comprehensive support and care. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising new team members, conducting regular supervisions, and updating on progress or difficulties related to staff or young people.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and develop your skills and expertise in managing challenging behavior and emotional difficulties.

About Exceptional Care Ltd

Exceptional Care Ltd is a therapeutic children's service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17 from complex backgrounds. We believe that consistency in care is paramount to children/young people with complex needs, and we are committed to developing and maintaining good communicative relationships with the child/young person.

We use a systemic therapeutic approach to support the nurture and care of our children, rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed approaches. Our comprehensive framework of assessment and outcome monitoring using the Secure Base Model ensures that each young person receives personalized care and support.
