Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting vulnerable young people with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the children and young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
Support the young people in achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences. Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children and young people, as well as other outside agencies. Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Attend to the practical, physical, and emotional needs of the young people while safeguarding their welfare at all times.

Requirements
Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent. 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting. Full UK manual driving licence (preferred).
