Role Description

We are seeking a Residential Support Professional to work in a small children's residential home in Ormskirk service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, and/or disabilities and challenging behaviours.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing home environment for our children and young people to live, learn and grow. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.

The shift times for this position are 8:00am-11:00pm, with 2 days on 4 days off rolling rota. The salary for this position starts from £12 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella, offering a competitive package. Benefits include holiday pay, weekly pay, pension, e-learning training and a dedicated consultant.
