Administrative Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an IFA Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations, and processing new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Portfolio Valuations: You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely portfolio valuations, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Producing Illustrations: You will produce illustrations to support client suitability reports, working closely with the financial advisers to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Processing New Business: You will process new business, including arranging meetings with clients and handling their requests and queries.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: You must have previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm.
  • Report Writing Skills: Strong report writing skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft applications.
  • FCA Legislation: Knowledge of current FCA legislation is desirable.
