**Job Summary**
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Guardian Homecare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Care and Support Professional, you will be assisting clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication. You will also help with household chores, meal preparation, and other activities that promote independence and well-being.
**Requirements**
We don't require any prior social care experience, but you will need to be caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with our clients. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
