Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives. As a Care Worker with Alcedo Care, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and be able to work independently as part of a team. No previous experience is required, as our in-house training team will ensure you receive the necessary training to meet the high standards of care we expect.

As a member of our team, you will have access to:

In this role, you will provide:

  • Personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years old, have an enhanced DBS check, and provide satisfactory professional and/or character references. A driving licence and vehicle access are also required.
