As a Night Shift Care Worker and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, maintaining high standards of care and cleanliness. Our ideal candidate will have a warm and caring nature, flexibility to work various shifts, and previous experience beneficial but not essential.

Benefits:
We offer competitive pay of £11.61 per hour, comprehensive training for those less experienced, and a range of benefits including free uniform, meals, DBS, discounts on the high street, and a refer-a-friend scheme. We also offer career opportunities, pension scheme, in-house training, and employee recognition scheme.

Work Pattern: 3-4 nights per week, 8pm-8am
