We are seeking an experienced end-of-life care professional to join our team at Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services.

As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide personal, psychological, and spiritual care, supporting them through challenging times.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong understanding of palliative care principles.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing initiatives, access to training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
