The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients at the end of life
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients and their families

  • Salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
