Palliative Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Palliative Care Development Manager to drive the development of our palliative care services. This role involves leading the fundraising team to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a pipeline for support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing sustainable relationships with businesses and individuals, as well as experience in delivering outstanding supporter stewardship and managing budgets. They will contribute to our wider team target of over £5m a year and help us secure beneficial relationships with supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the fundraising team to achieve targets and deliver excellent results.
  • Develop a pipeline for support by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding supporter stewardship and build strong relationships with donors.
  • Manage both income and expenditure budgets effectively.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (including benefits).
