Hospital Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Support Assistant to join our team at Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering service.

About the Role
  • Support the effective running of our Catering service in a busy hospice environment.
  • Assist cooks in preparing food, setting up, and serving food items around the hospice as required.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a catering environment, preferably in a clinical or care home setting.
  • Knowledge of special dietary requirements is beneficial.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A non-judgmental and empathetic approach.
  • Flexibility and high personal standards.
  • Commitment to Trinity Hospice's vision and values.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Free on-site parking is available to staff.
